Was greeted by the salesman I was dealing with. He had already pulled up the vehicle I was interested in, he got the keys and I went on a test drive. It was not quite what I wanted so we discussed a few options and he brought another vehicle and I was off on another test drive. Much happier with this choice. He worked up a deal and went over the numbers with me and I was pleased and signed paperwork and drove home in my new vehicle!!!!!

Checked in a few minutes early for my appointment was greeted by two people working the service area and ask what I was having done today. Ask if I would be waiting and I said yes she took my keys and I went to the waiting room and then was text and called to come and get my vehicle when it was finished And then she brought it around which I thought was very nice

Our salesman Kevin was amazing! So kind and took the time to show us many vehicles and let us drive, Mike the appraiser was beyond fair and very helpful! Our financial adviser Dexter took the time to explain everything multiple times and didn’t pressure us on sale! In fact, they waited on us way past dealership hours but wanted us to get what we wanted! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Very pleased!

An inexpensive part that should have cost no more than $150 including labor, cost my daughter $410. The service dept claimed they couldn't replace the actual part that was bad, instead we had to pay for unneeded parts..." for the entire assembly "
